Wagga's Greatest Athlete Challenge

Workout Gymnasium, Oasis Aquatic Centre and Bolton Park in Wagga Wagga were the host locations for Wagga's 2011 Greatest Athlete Challenge. 15 of the finest Athletes from the Riverina, including recently selected Olympian Brad Kahlefeldt took part in a series of gruelling events over the course of one day.

Event Organiser, Andrew Wild had the support of several business houses in Wagga to run the event and also raised a substantial amount of money for the McGrath Foundation.

The 2011 Hamilton Island Triathlon and Ocean Swim attracted a large number of quality athletes from local Tri clubs throughout Qld & NSW. Participants included respected athletes such as Craig Alexander and Susie O'Neale.
